- Collaborate with Orange County and local entities for wraparound social services to support vulnerable community member
- Foster community involvement through Advisory Boards, Town Halls and citizen feedback surveys
- Offer a variety of enrichment and leisure programs for youth, families and senior citizens
- Demand civility and responsive, courageous leadership to rebuild trust at City Hall
- Develop a standard of operational excellence for good governance and fiscal accountability
- Prioritize repairs and modernize aged sewer, stormwater and waste management systems
- Evaluate the integrity, safety and accessibility of public roadways, sidewalks and other amenities
- Advocate for a moratorium on new development and assess existing development to determine a long-term growth strategy
- Mandate a resident first, revenue second approach by holding developers accountable for compatible integration of new projects

- Devise a comprehensive plan to revitalize the Main Street/City Center as a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly area with welcoming storefronts, cafes, shopping, and creative spaces to keep spending local and attract visitors
